Registration Fees: All registration fees are nonrefundable and due at the time of enrollment for programs and courses. The registration fee is included in tuition, if registration ocurs two weeks prior to program or course start date.  Registration Fee is in addition to the tuition, if registration occurs in less than two weeks of program or course start date. 

Full payments Options: full payments are due by the first day of class via cash, check or credit card.

Payment Plans Options: payment plans are available on a “pay as you go” basis.  Students may make monthly payments commensurate to their rate of study. Students choosing an accelerated rate of study (i.e. enrolling in 250 hour courses over a 4 month period of time can pay for their course via a four month payment plan). Payment plan installments are due on the fifteenth day of each month via automatic withdrawal from credit card.
Students incur a monthly $20 payment fee, until paid in full.

Enrollment: a student’s space in programs and courses is guaranteed upon receipt of registration fee, application form, enrollment agreement form and successful completion of ability to benefit test during enrollment interview. Courses without sufficient enrollment will be postponed or cancelled (any refunds due will be issued via check within 7 days).
